This may be because your information has not been approved by your bank. But it can also see that you have made a typing error.
Formally, we don't offer refunds unless you can prove that someone else made your transaction happen. In that case we will return the amount to you within 14 days.
If you have a coupon, it can be used when purchasing 1 or more courses. The discount will be calculated immediately
Making Courses
Changing an account name is always possible but it may also mean that your fellow students will no longer know who you are.
ou can easily unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking at the bottom of the email. In accordance with the GDPR, we will then also delete your data from our database.
