Purchases & Refunds

Why won't my payment go through?

This may be because your information has not been approved by your bank. But it can also see that you have made a typing error.

How do I get a refund?

Formally, we don't offer refunds unless you can prove that someone else made your transaction happen. In that case we will return the amount to you within 14 days.

How do I redeem a coupon?

If you have a coupon, it can be used when purchasing 1 or more courses. The discount will be calculated immediately

Making Courses

Changing account name

Changing an account name is always possible but it may also mean that your fellow students will no longer know who you are.

How do I unsubscribe from e-mails?

ou can easily unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking at the bottom of the email. In accordance with the GDPR, we will then also delete your data from our database.

How do I change my password?

You can create a new password using the Forgotten Password button. After this you can just log in with your new password.

Why aren't my courses showing in my account?

Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to support@learnmetaverse.today.
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.
